CABIN FEVER

We've all been suffering from it lately. Either we are sick, or our family and friends are sick. We are fearful to take them out because of those nasty little germs that seem to invade our bodies each and every time we touch a public door or shopping cart. The girls are admiring the snowfall we received, and of course Daddy was out there being silly for them after he shoveled the drive.
We took them to an indoor playground.
Check it out at www.thediscoverystop.com/ .
We had a fantastic time, we didn't take pictures because well...we didn't have enough hands. For one of the first times they (remained within our view) and were allowed to go, do, touch, climb and play with who and what they wanted. We checked in and we ALL received ID bracelets to show who we came with and who we would leave with. That made me feel good, we still did not let them out of our sights.
It was interesting to see the different personalities within the twins and how they interacted with other children. Aubrey...gulp...seemed not to have an ounce of fear or hesitation in this new plush, padded, protected environment. Reagan looked to me for approval and guidance through the maze of tunnels or climbing up padded stairs, she wanted to be where Aubrey was, but was hesitant in doing what Aubrey was doing. Anything Ray tried once she went without hesitation thereafter. One of my girls focused on running, climbing, and sliding, and one towards the music, puzzles, and keeping track of Edie. Edie on the other hand wormed, caterpillared and army crawled her way around the gym, smiling and exploring each and every thing that caught her eye.
And yes, we germy soaped, then germy soaped and germy soaped some more!
