Translated: this means, these are Edie's pipes and it's the two Meme gave her as a gift, so it's ok.We were down to our last pipe. Edie had lost one in the Walmart parking lot, it rolled away and I figured it was the perfect time for the daytime-pipe to go away for good.
It didn't go so well.
I tried explaining to her that another baby needed the pipe and since she was big girl she did not need a daytime pipe anymore....when it was time to go na-nee (to bed) she could have one in her crib ONLY. She kept crying and saying 'baby, MY papeee!!' We stopped by Meme and Grampy's on our way home.
Meme had a special gift for Edie, TWO NEW PIPES. She was thrilled. She held on to the package all the way home and held onto them like they were delicate flowers (by the way, Edie is not delicate about anything!)
So when Edie does get ahold of the TWO pipes from Meme this is what she does.
